Mark A. Estroff, CPA

Mark holds a BBA from the University of Georgia and a Master in Professional Accounting, specializing in federal taxation, from the University of Texas - Austin. Mark's experience in the field of accounting includes serving as a tax manager for a Big 5 accounting firm and as a corporate comptroller. A Certified Public Accountant, Mark specializes in corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions and individual tax planning. Mark also has extensive experience with Physician Practice Management Company (PPMC) transactions.

Mark has also developed numerous physician compensation arrangements for large practices of various specialties. He is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mark became a principal with Gates, Moore & Company in 1998.
